1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the OnTow website, marketplace, community forum, or software platform (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2. Accounts & Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate company and contact information.
  • OnTow reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly at $35 CAD unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Payments are processed through authorized partners. You authorize OnTow to charge the payment method on file.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operations, uploading malicious code, or violating applicable laws.

5. Data Ownership

Customer data remains the property of the customer. By using the Services, you grant OnTow a license to use the data solely to provide and improve the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

OnTow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Liability is limited to the amount paid to OnTow in the preceding three (3) months.

7. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. OnTow may terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirements.

8. Changes

OnTow may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
